    I wasn’t informed dash cam disconnected I understand the reason why however would have been helpful to be informed of this as I only realised when the following issue happened. After leaving the dealership a light on the dash asking to confirm if driver airbag activated. I had no idea what this meant so I had to go back to the service desk. Member of service department walked me out to my car saying this is a new upgrade again don’t think it’s unreasonable to be informed this when picking the car up instead of leaving the dealership only to return.

    Customer Service is always above excellent at Volvo Cars Dundee. I was greeted with a warm welcome, coffee and everything was explained. I'd arranged for a courtesy car and was given the honour of driving a top of the range XC60, which is very tempting for my next purchase
