    This was my first time getting set up for Motability. Daniel was a great help from start to finish. Made the process very easy. He was even patient with me when there was a minor set back with my application. Just waiting on my car now which I am so looking forward too!

    Not great. Dropping and collecting car I was left standing for ages before someone came to see me. When collecting the car, 6 men were sat at desks while I stood waiting to be seen. Not one asked if I was ok.
    I received an invoice before collecting the car with a balance owed, when I queried it the woman laughed and told me to ignore it?
    One issue with the car was something that should have been resolved previously but wasn't.
    Not great service.
    I usually avoid Arnold Clark because of how terrible the service is.
