    Paul johnston, is utterly lovely, and clearly the hard worker in the dealership, But everyone and everything else to do with this dealership is horrible and awful experience. I literally watched the sales executives standing laughing and chatting to each other while the phones rang for 25 minutes. Customers bewildered wondering why no one is doing their job. It's beyond a joke I've complained to Vauxhall directly about this. It's awful!

    I was told to be in for 11:30, the car wasn't available till well after 1pm, and had barely any fuel in it to get home. It was also dirty!!
