    Booked the car in a month in advance due to requesting a curtisy car was sent email on the Sunday for my husband to get a code for loan car that he did then the day before they called to say they had none all their cars were out long term surely they would have know this by such a late date gave us options none suited but it had to be done asked to bring car in for 1pm said two hours still not ready by 3.30
    What if someone like me with a severe lung condition needs medical help quickly ambulance wait time is so long
    I don’t think this is very good customer service
    Maybe they should be able to fulfill their obligation
