    Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful.
    The service seemed ok.
    I was very disappointed that it hadn't been washed and valeted despite asking for it on booking in.

    Very friendly people in the Service and Showroom. However took 3 hours for a service and no wash at the end. Think they were short staffed

    This was the first time choosing a Motability Car, we were apprehensive what car would suit us best. After looking at many car showrooms and being very confused we went to Hyundai the staff listened to specific needs. They explained the types of cars suited best to city use, economical to run and environmentally conscious. The material on the seats had to be smooth to aid with manoeuvring in and out so suggested specific models. A boot large enough for a wheelchair, also I have to be able to reach and close the boot with ease. The staff are patient and knowledgeable and explained about insurance and how the scheme worked. I chose a car in stock went for a test drive and we can have the car in 4 working days. Incredible experience and very grateful.
