    I had an appointment with Geoff Blake and considering this is my first motability vehicle I was ordering, he made it not so daunting.
    There was nothing he couldn’t answer and I didn’t feel rushed.
    I’m so glad it was Geoff who called after my initial contact online.
    I was very nervous on top of not feeling well but Geoff soon put me at ease and in no time at all, I had ordered my much needed vehicle.
    Very many thanks to Geoff and to Parks, keep hold of this very knowledgeable man and I’ll keep returning for my next vehicle.

    I was told at time of booking would take about an hour. I waited nearly 2 1/2 hours. I was told my car was washed and valeted was highly disappointing as car wasn’t cleaned very well and certainly wasn’t valeted. Staff very nice.
