    I think the system issue caused major issues which I can understand. My car had been booked in on the 29th for pick up and then again after new year. I feel the communication wasn't great around this but appreciate it was an unprecedented situation and everyone I spoke to was great.

    I took my car in for the 3rd time lucky and every member of this branch is great. Very apologetic because of the situation. Happy my car is sorted and had the clean and vacuum as usual. Hope you get your systems sorted soon .

    3hours waiting to be told still apart for re call witch they new had to be done still waiting for a call to get it done .the car looked clean in the dark but next morning. it looked different had to go to car wash told thay topped up fluids no screen wash or ad blue I think notability should be told not happy
