Gavin walked us through the entire process, he relaxed us with his professionalism, he provided us with the detailed information on all the vehicle options allowing us to make a decision on the most suitable vehicle to meet all our needs. He pulled out all stops to expedite delivery of our chosen vehicle.
He communicated in detail all aspects of the contract allowing us to fully understand it prior to signing.
He provided a truly super customer focussed experience.
When we picked up the vehicle, he spent time explaining and demonstrating all the controls etc and intimated advice on the vehicle operations based on his extensive knowledge of the product.
