- Rating 3.0Oct 20, 2025I felt after recieving my new car and reflecting on the service I got I could have went for a premium car for an extra £200. I was never advised of other option. Rasing the money myself after being refused a grant. I feel the sales who thinks I got a bargain was out of order as I starved myself to get the deposit. Clearly he thinks we are all rich and can do this easily. Well I sacrificed a lot to raise my Ap money. I found some of his comments inappropriate. When I went to pick car up car was filthy car clearly hadn't been polished or valeted at any point if I had know the premium car was ONLY £300 more I would have got that car better advise from dealers would have been welcomed
