All were so professional - Rating 5.0Nov 24, 2023We picked up our new car today from the Arnold Clark Innovation Centre, South Street, Glasgow. Our customer service advisor Alex went above and beyond. He made sure we picked the car which was right for our families needs. He arranged 4 test drives and his knowledge on electric cars is second to none. I was really nervous about switching from a diesel engine to an electric motor but Alex put our minds at rest. I am so pleased with the service we got and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team down at the innovation centre. We may see you soon as Russell has his eye on the Ioniq 6.
