The gentleman that arrived to collect the car was so polite, and that makes a massive first impression! Your then kept upto date via text/email, as to what is happening with your car. Then your sent a video, which is amazing to see your car up on those ramps, and your given an explanation of all that the car has had done, and if anything needs sorted!
