    On calling the Helensburgh Toyota I dealt with Stephen, who was very polite and well mannered all the way through my call, he invited me over to discuss my choice of car and suggested a time in the afternoon which sadly wasn’t suitable for me, but he kindly managed to rearrange it to an earlier time bringing it forward for me which I greatly appreciated, Stephen gave me advice on the route to take due to road works and parking which was greatly received as if I’d got diverted id possibly have gotten lost. I was treated with a friendly reception and offered tea on arrival and I now know he’s not only a great salesman but he makes a mean cup of tea lol… everything was explained clearly about the process and the transaction went smoothly I was also advised I could pop into the other showroom on the way home to see a similar model to which I did, and was also treated well there…highly impressed with Toyota in Helensburgh and would not fail to recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a car … many thanks Caroline x
