    Car supposedly washed and hoovered, looked like neither had been done. Drivers seat left in completely different position and rear boot trim left dishevelled.

    Thank goodness my husband did this for me. Asked to bring car to the dealership for 9.30am which means leaving home at 7am then car not started until 1pm car keys returned at 4.30pm and finally returned home at 8pm. This was a 14hr day for a basic service and is totally unacceptable I could have been asked to deliver the car to the dealership for 1pm making the day much more manageable. I did question why there was a delay and was informed it was because the car was a motabilty car and permission to proceed was required before the work started as the car was booked in for 4 weeks before the service date this could have been done prior to the cars arrival. If I as the disabled user of this vehicle had to bring the vehicle for the service i would have been placed in an unmanageable position regarding my disability needs. Prior to Arnold Clark taking over the dealership the service was excellent and based on my experience yesterday a replacement car will not be considered from BMW Inverness

    It has taken months to get an appointment for the service. I had to put in a complaint to get it done. I had to send the email complaint once a day for two days and then I had to ring before the matter was sorted. The car was serviced but not fully valeted. The boot was not touched. Arnold Clark Mini are difficult to get hold of on the phone and no one bothers to ring back. You are treated as an afterthought as a Motability client by them. We have ordered our next car from a dealer other than Arnold Clark to ensure they never get our business again!
