    I had arranged to pick the vehicle up on Saturday 12th of August, this date was agreed with the dealer on 02/08/23. I then got an e-mail on 10/8/23 to inform me that there was a fault in the system and that the car did not register with the mobility scheme. It was then arranged that we pick the car up on 14/8/23, my husband finished work early, we went up to pick the car up and the vehicle couldn’t be registered with DVLA seemingly so we couldn’t get the car. They did give us a courtesy car and delivered my mobility car to my home address on 15/8/23. I have e-mailed Mazda yesterday as there is no space saver tyre in vehicle and there should be for Mazda CX5

    Shocking customer service, as a disabled person I put car in for an MOT thinking it would take an hour, was told 3 hrs and would have been left to hang around for that time as no car for me, they did say they could drop me if in town but I would not have been able to just hang around that amount of time, if they had told me I could have arranged something so had to take my car back. I them put it in arrived 9:15 and my car was not ready till 1:15 what a time for MOT. If the staff warned you this was going to happen then fair enough considering they call you 3 times before the day and not to mention this shocking service

    Fantastic handover from Jack Cartwright of park’s Mazda Inverness especially as it was his first handover on Motability Scheme. Everything was as smooth running,a very pleasant young man to deal with indeed.You would have thought it was Dugie Cameron sitting in the chair who we’ve been dealing with for the last 20 odd years.well done park’s Mazda Inverness keep up the good work.
