The Park's Mazda Team - Rating 3.0Aug 18, 2023I had arranged to pick the vehicle up on Saturday 12th of August, this date was agreed with the dealer on 02/08/23. I then got an e-mail on 10/8/23 to inform me that there was a fault in the system and that the car did not register with the mobility scheme. It was then arranged that we pick the car up on 14/8/23, my husband finished work early, we went up to pick the car up and the vehicle couldn’t be registered with DVLA seemingly so we couldn’t get the car. They did give us a courtesy car and delivered my mobility car to my home address on 15/8/23.
