    The experience was great, apart from the courtesy car being a tiny Polo, being 6ft 2 and disabled in my chest wall and skeleton, it was rather uncomfy to use. So was stuck in the house.

    This is my second time using this garage for a motability vehicle. I can safely say dealing with Cath was much more pleasant than my first experience. Cath was very polite, helpful and patient with me during the ordering process. She kept me up to date via phone call with any progress of my vehicle. Upon collecting the vehicle again she was polite, helpful and patient, she took some extra time to help me connect my phone to the car and spent some time showing me the car play features and the mod cons to help me make better use of the vehicle. Cath is a credit to the Volkswagen company and deserves 5 stars and more. Thank you to Cath for making it such a pleasant experience
