    Terrible. Kirsty the new motability woman is amazing but when I was first ordering the car months ago it was harry I was dealing with, he ordered the car but when I went down last week to check something, my application wasn’t even on the motability system like 2 weeks before I’m suppose to pick it up so had to go through everything again.

    Definitely 5 stars. Kelly helping with the paperwork and Ben fantastic and patient showing my daughter all the controls and explaining everything. The best car garage we've ever dealt with. Professionalism second to none. Then to top it all off received a video from Kelly to see how we were enjoying the car and if we neede anything to get in in touch. Outstanding .     I was shocked as I had experienced Parks some years before. The showroom is a disaster. And as someone who has mobility issues, I was pretty terrified to see the reception area was wet with the weather. Two buckled legs and a walking stick is scary enough without water. The need for tiled flooring is really daft at times. The young lass with the really Alice Cooper inspired make-up was really nice, if a bit nippy when I couldn't provide my motability insurance paperwork immediately, but very professional.

    Even though Harry had another appointment due in, he made time for me and let me have a test drive. After that I was given time to think about what colour I would like. Harry took care of the rest. Very pleasant process and very thankful to Harry for doing his best to make it so. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a motability car.
