    I was shocked as I had experienced Parks some years before. The showroom is a disaster. And as someone who has mobility issues, I was pretty terrified to see the reception area was wet with the weather. Two buckled legs and a walking stick is scary enough without water. The need for tiled flooring is really daft at times. The young lass with the really Alice Cooper inspired make-up was really nice, if a bit nippy when I couldn't provide my motability insurance paperwork immediately, but very professional.

    Even though Harry had another appointment due in, he made time for me and let me have a test drive. After that I was given time to think about what colour I would like. Harry took care of the rest. Very pleasant process and very thankful to Harry for doing his best to make it so. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a motability car.

    Poor handover. Was basically given the keys and there was no introduction to the vehicle and was not shown how to pair media etc.
    Had to bring the car back the next day as I could not get CarPlay connected- thankfully a different salesman ( Kieran) was fantastic and took time to fix the issue and gave me a full introduction to the vehicle.
    This should have been done at handover and it really did take the shine off getting my new vehicle
