    When dropping the vehicle off at approx 10.15 am I explained that I would prefer to pick it back up early afternoon as I do not live anywhere near the dealership and was relying on a lift to collect car,as it was the car was still waiting to go in to the workshop at 2pm and was not ready for collection until nearly 5pm which meant I had to leave it at the dealership until the next morning.
