    When I handed car over for service and was a waiting appointment because of distance from my house to garage was told a couple of hours that I was expecting didn't have any other contact with staff till about 2 and a half hours later to say they would check what going on with car just after that got sent the video of the service but still took nearly another 1hour 45mins to get car back so in my opinion very slow and especially as I am disabled can't walk anywhere and am diabetic so over 4 hours for service way too long

    Excellent customer service. Neil explained everything clearly with warmth and care. Communication was spot on. Other staff I came into contact with were just lovely. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. The process of changing cars was made easy. Excellent.

    Motability service. The service by the staff in branch was great, quick & painless on-line booking in. I left my car Friday night to save an early start. The only thing was I was told my car was washed but it definitely had not been
