Only reason for not giving 5 stars. They quoted me 2 hours to wait, it took 4 hours!
Also being disabled, no one offered me a ride into town etc. Even though they saw me with my stick and it's about 1 mile walk.

- Rating 1.0May 1, 2023Very disappointed in the service I received after my car had been looked at on 2 separate occasions and was supposedly fixed went in for a 3 time which took them 5 days to fix the fault I was not offered a courtesy car had to go through motability to get a hire car on the 3rd day I was out of pocket for petrol and having to hang around on 2 occasions waiting for my car the only plus is the hire car I was given is brilliant and will be my next motability car I will never have another ford to be fair the staff are all very friendly and helpful
