    It was very easy and the staff member very helpful and everything went smoothly very satisfactory but the only thing there was not an automatic car to test drive

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Denying that they had booked my car in then expecting me to drive back to Fife without my car being serviced. The attitude of the receptionist was terrible. They also denied that the phone number that I phoned wasn't theirs. I sat for 3 hours without being offered a drink of water, tea or coffee despite the receptionist offering other people a drink. A. Page.

    Was a good experience Graeme morris was good with dealing with the order but in regards with feedback for the order I had to continuously ask and on days was told the feedback would happen it didn’t
    I also felt that there may have been car mats especially for the size of vehicle and also there is no inflation pump for the tyres either
    1 big thing I have noticed for being a mobility vehicle there is no parking sensor which I thought there would have been as parking a vehicle of this size also I ordered a Citroen space tourer which this a Citroen e-dispatch I only noticed myself the other day and this was never mentioned which is very poor and I am really disappointed in this and for these reasons I don’t understand why this is especially after a long wait it’s just very disappointing especially when no information regarding the car was ever mentioned if it was getting changed

    Staff were lovely, couldn't have done a better job. The woman who spoke with me was very welcoming and all employees were very accommodating and even helped charge my car a little so help me get home
