- Rating 2.0Jun 6, 2022Graham, the Motability Specialist, was really friendly and helpful. However, his hands were tied by policy in one respect. I handed in the 'old' car with over a third of a tank of diesel. The new car only had £15 of diesel, which I pay for, and was a significant shortfall of fuel to that which was in the old car. I requested that the branch provide me with a third of a tank of diesel. However, I was denied it due to the fuel policy of Arnold Clark at the Perth Citroen branch. When one considers the cost of diesel at the present time, it was a significant loss to me.
