    On arrival to ask abt mobility cars, customer service was 5 star,very happy with what we'd picked ,waiting time was few months understandings fine, salesperson then looked on system offered same car different colour not a big issue,plus it had spek, heated front seats and stiring wheel, except it if car was still on market, was waiting on call from other garage to see if still on offer, on driving home received call saying the other car had been sold,so went back to first car, same one was in showroom 68reg blue Ford ecosport, so still on the call desided not to have the same spek so deposit £145 and not £450 with spek, on arrival to pick up car give mobility salesman the £145 deposit he asked were the other £300 is for spek, he spoke to the first salesperson and she cudnt recall the phone from herself to us while was driving home,WOW bet she still remembers her pin number lol, ended up splitting the £300 to keep the car got till end off month to pay an extra £150 to parks motor group,we will struggle paying the 150 after all its not our fault but we have to try and sort something,lindsey was really upset,after being all excited to pick the car up all staff involved were committed to smiling faces to everyone apart from all that really very excited abt the car, its like having new born again., lindsey mckenna.
