    The girls on the service desk were really helpful but the car valeting was disappointing the girl having to ask them to rehash the car when she went to collect the keys for me meaning I had to wait longer than was necessary and when I got the car Coul see it hadn't been done properly as when I got into the car could still see window wiper marks on the outside of the front window this isn't the first time I've had this problem with the car not being valeted good enough

    Excellent customer service friendly and polite kept fully updated throughout the process car returned sparkling as a motability customer I've used Renault arnold clark for years and due to ease of process and friendliness and helpfulness of staff I wouldn't choose anywhere else
