    I would like to share my experience purchasing my new car. At the time of purchase, I had problems with the expected delivery time as BMW delayed it by almost two months.

    However, Mr. Graeme Gibson, my sales agent, and the entire Douglas Park team were extremely attentive to me from the moment I made the purchase until the delivery of the car.

    They kept me updated at all times about the car's arrival and always reassured me. Eventually, the car arrived and the Douglas Park team, especially Mr. Graeme Gibson, took great care of me.

    Although BMW was late in delivering the car, which was not Douglas Park's fault, I received the car and I'm glad I did. Thank you very much, Mr. Graeme. I strongly recommend Douglas Park to anyone looking to purchase a car.

    Service manager needs to have a good long and hard look at himself the way he speaks to customers. I will never be back for another BMW from there.
