Douglas Park BMW - Rating 5.0Apr 2, 2024I would like to share my experience purchasing my new car. At the time of purchase, I had problems with the expected delivery time as BMW delayed it by almost two months.
However, Mr. Graeme Gibson, my sales agent, and the entire Douglas Park team were extremely attentive to me from the moment I made the purchase until the delivery of the car.
They kept me updated at all times about the car's arrival and always reassured me. Eventually, the car arrived and the Douglas Park team, especially Mr. Graeme Gibson, took great care of me.
