    The experience from start to finish was absolutely top notch, couldn’t be faulted at all. From walking in the first time being greeted like a member of a close family and respected the entire time, nothing was ever too much to help me on my journey to a new vehicle.

    Nathan was absolutely fantastic went above and beyond to ensure the outcome that was set out on my first visit. Clear, transparent communication and support throughout.

    After being isolated totally through Covid (for 2 years +) and getting over the initial shock that my car had arrived after a 9 month wait, I can genuinely say the collection was a very happy momentous time.
    It went very smoothly and Lee at Skoda was excellent in making you feel comfortable and then completely explaining everything necessary about the car with no hesitation .
    He answered any questions I had and made the whole experience perfect I can only thank you Lee so very much
