    Sullivan was brillant, wen through everything we needed or wanted. Vedy professional, friendly and a nice touch was when his manager Dan came over at the end and said thank you as well. It was nice to be able to give direct praise back about sullivan too.
    Amazing, kind and courteous but 100% professional and espically good for me as i have anxiety and find processess like this extermly stressful he was very good, put me at ease very quickly.
