    The service was terrible at Ford Andover. We booked in for an oil change. That’s all. They took all day and did things we didn’t ask for and weren’t needed but didn’t do anything that was needed. They took all day, hours and hours. My husband dropped the car off and walked two miles home. He returned three and a half hours later and the oil change still hadn’t been started. He waited there for nearly two more hours. The guys who were supposed to do an oil change said that they had done a “visual service” which was chargeable to Motability. This literally consisted of them looking at the car. They also claimed that they had them done an actual service even though that wasn’t due for 2000 miles and I hadn’t asked them to. They’ve not serviced any of the things that needed doing. My windscreen wipers are broken but they said they couldn’t do that as they didn’t have any and they couldn’t get any parts for months. The emergency breaking system sensor is still going off - this hasn’t been fixed.
    I don’t think anything was actually done on the service and they still will charge Motability for the “visual service” and actual service.
    I’ve still got emergency sensors going off, still have faulty windscreen wipers and I have a broken key fob that they wouldn’t look at. It doesn’t lock or unlock the car, it packed up pretty soon after we got the car.
    Nothing that actually needed doing was done and they still managed to take all day. It was hours before anyone even looked at the car. Nothing started until my husband went back over three hours later - all in, they had the car about five hours. We would not ever use them again. I’d literally rather travel to the next town over and use them

    Dreadful, couldn’t find the car, couldn’t find the paperwork. None knew what was the car in for, actually.. I left the car with 217 miles left in the tank and took it back with 147. From what was discussed on the phone when booked the car in (2 weeks later) was not passed on or no communication between any of them. Can only drive automatic, and request this as courtesy car when I made the appointment and I was presented with a manual. I had to take whole day off work for this reason. Rude and disrespectful, they think are always right and do not listen to anything you have to say. Only believe they are very smart and knowledgeable and others just straight stupid. Absolutely bonkers experience. Never ever going to lease a motability car due to 3 years of very poor experience at Ford Andover!!!
