- Rating 1.0Mar 29, 2023Dreadful, couldn’t find the car, couldn’t find the paperwork. None knew what was the car in for, actually.. I left the car with 217 miles left in the tank and took it back with 147. From what was discussed on the phone when booked the car in (2 weeks later) was not passed on or no communication between any of them. Can only drive automatic, and request this as courtesy car when I made the appointment and I was presented with a manual. I had to take whole day off work for this reason. Rude and disrespectful, they think are always right and do not listen to anything you have to say. Only believe they are very smart and knowledgeable and others just straight stupid. Absolutely bonkers experience. Never ever going to lease a motability car due to 3 years of very poor experience at Ford Andover!!!
