    The whole process was very straightforward. Olivia was a pleasure to deal with throughout. She took care of everything and if I had any questions then these were answered. After the purchase I am able to go back if need any further help.

    Hire car which was booked 2 months prior was not available and my car was in for nearly a week, communication was very poor
