- Rating 5.0Sep 12, 2023what an absolute delight Josh is! We were a weary pair of car hunters on Saturday in the searing heat, wanting to have a quick look and get back home as soon as possible. New to the Motability Scheme, we’d booked an appointment with Tim after an initial meeting at BMW. As Tim was delayed with his previous customer, Josh stepped up and made sure we were ok getting drawn into a few questions that he handled really well and showed us around some car options, still passing time until Tim came free. Long story short, we never got to Tim as Josh attended to all our questions and arranged a test drive. We left to go to Kia and Mazda (having also visited VW and Toyota) but returned very quickly. The Mini was the car for us and Josh the salesperson - head and shoulders above ALL the rest! Personable, professional, efficient and he listened to what we did and didn’t want. I train salespeople for a living. Josh demonstrated selling at its best. We left on Saturday excited and the proud new owners of the first car he’d showed us and which was much more than we’d planned to spend. It was a pleasure and I haven’t felt as good about a purchase since my very first Apple purchase many moons ago.
