    DREADFUL - I had a service booked, told 2.5hrs - l was 20mins late, then advised at midday 2 tyres needed - given 2.5hrs again.
    I got out just before 15.00 - 6 5hrs.
    I had no meds, also advised l tried to get some petrol enroute but no petrol.
    Clock stated 15miles in tank, when k got car back a BIG 0 in car.
    Asked for some petrol, advised not held on site.
    I am going to ring motorability tomorrow and ask if l can go to kwik fit - for services, mot etc.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are disappointed that on this occasion the service did not go to plan. As you were aware the service was conducted in a timely fashion despite you being late for the appointment. Unfortunately your vehicle needed tyres which was not in the original scope of works and as such takes a greater time to organise authority with Kwik Fit. I believe you were offered a taxi home in order to assist with the delays which may occur but you decided to not to. It is recommended that as the driver of the vehicle that you check you tyres regularly or pop into your local Kwik fit branch to have them checked to ensure safety at all times. Please be assured we replaced the tyres as quickly as possible based on the time awaiting authority and then retrieving the tyres required from a local warehouse to complete your visit. I am very sorry this caused you issues with your medication and this was of course not our intention for your unplanned work. Please also accept my apologies that we do not hold petrol on site, it would be recommended for any visit to Kwik Fit, a retailer or anywhere else to have sufficient fuel as the vehicle will undergo road testing, emissions testing etc. We do not hold any fuel due to fire safety and only use our local fuel stations to provide. I am sorry that overall your visit was disappointing and should you visit again in the future I really feel that we will do better. Kind Regards JCB Volkswagen Ashford

    The service went well although took longer than expected and car settings were not put back as they were. Ie auto hand break , auto lights ect, could be dangerous if goes unnoticed
