    Always kept waiting for at least 5hrs and I don't live local. Only because I complained so much this time was it shorter, and was told the delay is not their fault it is motability, who I have already made a complaint to also. Am sick of being treated like a 2nd class citizen waiting all day for my vehicle to be mot or serviced. I would not recommend this dealership at all, ever!!

    Always kept waiting for 3.5-5hrs and I'm not local and in an electric wheelchair so it's not like I can spend time anywhere with friends, or can just get in another vehicle to go anywhere. Despite yr words I was told only last wk before I came that I could not wait in yr 'facilities', only to find I was kept waiting with a drink for nearly 2hrs again. It always happens, every time I come to you and as its a motability vehicle I am left with no option but to sit and wait for hours, even though I left the premises for 2.5hrs to go have lunch elsewhere. Your words are not comforting as it is always the problem.

    Whilst adaptations or personal vehicle usage may prevent other road users being able to collect your car please explore other alternatives with us on your next booking where we could arrange alternative transport home maybe or use of other parts of our facilities here onsite that could help with a waiting appointment.
