    I waited while they serviced my car.
    It was done in good time with good information shared with myself as to how long my car would be.
    My only complaint was that they said they would wash my car after it's service but looked as though this was rushed as the wheels had not been cleaned.

    Great experience, very accommodating and made to feel very welcome. Was dealt with by Josh and he had great knowledge and his handover of the car was fantastic and very informative. The whole process was very easy and no question asked was a stupid question. Highly recommend Richmond Bognor Regis their staff are brilliant and the coffee is superb.

    It was a shame they can't update the sat nav as that gives problems but were efficient did the service was a pain to have to wait as shops you need your car but was prepared and they provide drinks
