The car service was good. I could not get a loan car and had to wait 2 hours on the premises. Also the car was not valeted as in other garages.

Great customer service,very knowledgeable,and Personable and kept the coffee coming..Jade was absolutely perfect.She knew all about the cars I was looking at,very informative,even told me things about the car that I didn't know,even though I had googled it before meeting her.Eventually I chose the MG4 150kw Trophy EV 64kwh Long Range in the end,even though I was set on the MG M5 EV,but after talking with Jade and all her knowledge and help I came away with a car much more suited to my needs.
If you are thinking of buying a car and are on Motability Scheme,MG in Southwick and Jade and Steve is the perfect place to go.To be Honest,it doesn't even feel as if you are a customer and that they are salespeople as they both made me and my wife feel extremely comfortable,they weren't in a hurry to sell us a car then get on with their work once everything was sorted.Thank you Jade and Steve.You have made this person very happy.Looking forward to meeting you again when my car is ready to pick up.
