    Normally I have my car collected but when I booked it in I was told that if I got there at 0830 it would be first on the list and take around 45 minds, and I agreed to wait thinking I could go to work a little later.
    I arrived at 0830 and there were two customers in front of me, booking their own cars in for one reason or another and when it got to my turn I was told the wait would be 1.5hrs- double the time quoted. There wasn’t much I could do so I waited, I had to cancel meetings at work etc.
    By 10:20 I hadn’t heard anything so I went and asked if my car was finished and it turns out it was but the chap on reception had beeen dealing with other customers booking their vehicles in he had forgotten to check.
    Next time I will be asking for the car to be collected and returned.

    The car was picked up and returned later when it was returned the car hadn't been cleaned very well under the doors hadn't been cleaned and the alloy wheels were not very good and the inside had not been hoovered very well I was quite disappointed.
