    Staff did not communicate that there will be no mot certificate in the paperwork supplied and it took several phone calls to get someone to call me back. Advised it’s always sent directly to motability scheme, although they provided a paper copy last year! I found that their communication is a bit of hit and miss. I also collected a car that did not receive the usual complimentary wash ; this was disappointing after a full service and mot.

    Very poor, treated like a 2nd class citizen, informed that I had to take my mobility car to the mini centre when I asked how to get back, was informed to get a cab, have never been treated so poorly.
