I've been through the roughest year with my injury , having been awarded pip , being able to get a car like this has changed my life already.
With that said, you always wonder how the process will go and how much effort it would take but ford in crawley and specifically Jon have been great.
The whole process was very simple and smooth, he kept me updated every step of the way and honestly was surprised at every turn of the process.
