Mark went out of his way to help in anyway he could to find a vehicle to meet exactly what I needed. Mark made contact with other colleagues to help him find me a vehicle. I am pleased to say Mark did it “YES” he actually found me a vehicle that suited all my needs. Mark then proceeded to fill in all forms efficiently and told me my vehicle would be available to collect at the end of May 2023. Mark has also arranged for the hoist to be installed prior to me collecting my new vehicle. Considering I was told by Ford I could be waiting for up to a year for the same vehicle. Mark at VW COMMERCIALS CRAWLEY is definitely my knight in shining armour. So a big THANK YOU Mark your certainly salesman of the century. A very very proud customer. Darlene Peacock
