- Rating 5.0Dec 3, 2025I dealt with Lee who was extremely friendly and very useful in giving me advice on the cars I was looking into. He helped me through my application and ordered my new car straight away for me. Lee kept me updated and managed to sort getting my new car to me in just under 3 weeks, which was a promise he fulfilled!
There was a slight issue with the number plate but Lee unfortunately was not in to deal with this so I spoke and dealt with Roy. I must say I was extremely disappointed in Roy’s customer service, he left a receptionist Tracy to try and solve this issue for me as he had told me incorrect information on when the plates where to be handed over. He then refused to speak with me on the phone and left Tracy to solve and issue she shouldn’t have had to.
Tracy from the welling branch helped me massively and solved the issue for me in quick time. She was polite and friendly and gave me great customer service like Lee did.
