    Mark Allison our Motabilty salesman listened to our needs and was brilliant. No hard sell, (unlike other dearer ships). With aging parents whom no longer drive and have to drive up to London for hospital appointments along with mine, I needed a car that would be comfortable for myself and them as passengers. Mark sauced and even drove up to pick our new car up for us from another dealership. All done and completed in 6 days. Mark explained every control on the car before we drove off in our new car. We even got a courtesy call the next morning to see if we had any questions, something we’ve never had before. If I could give Mark Allison 10* I would. Thankyou.

    When booked service appt I accepted a 2 HR timeslot as off site Service Centre could not confirm if dealer could collect
    /deliver my Motorbility vehicle from and to my home. Car booked in for service, but it wasn't till I arrived at appointment time that I was informed some updating of computer/software on car needed to also be done. I returned to collect my car after 2 hrs to be told it wasn't ready. 2hr slot booked for between 10.30am and 12.30 pm, ended up being 4 1/2 hour wait. I had to wait in service reception for an extra 2 1/2 hrs after the initial 2hours allocated time slot for my vehicle's service. Car was not ready till after 3pm!
