We are sorry for the frustration regarding the missed bonus payment. Please note that the "Good Condition Bonus" is a scheme run and governed by Motability.
Their policy requires both sets of keys to be returned to qualify for the payment. Unfortunately, our delaership does not have any influence over these specific financial decisions made by Motability Operations. As advised by the dealersip you will need to contact Motability Operations directly to resolve your concern.
