:) - Rating 3.0Dec 16, 2022Pleasant welcome, nice environment to wait while service conducted. Service completed in time advised. On the down side, when taking back vehicle, the vehicle was left in a normal parking bay rather than a disabled bay meaning I was unable to access the vehicle from my wheelchair so had to seek out someone to move the car to a suitable place. Then on opening car I found seats not in position I left them making it difficult to ingress the vehicle. Also a number of items had been moved/dumped in the boot so had to put these back where I needed them. Clearly some disability and needs awareness training necessary at Looker Mercedes-Benz Eastbourne. I never experienced this at Sandown Mercedes in Guildford they always made every effort to ensure the end-to-end experience was exceptional.
