    Great customer service, experience was very smooth and helpful , every aspect explained and step by step process explained, staff constantly kept us in the loop whilst waiting for vehicle and during the handover process

    Extremely impressed and delighted with the service provided. From the moment I went into Ford they couldn’t be any more helpful. Their knowledge on the cars were brilliant. Jamie was able to help me identify which car I wanted and then talked me through what I needed from the car. I find this process so daunting as there is so much information to take on however Jamie made it very easy and stress free. Previous experiences haven’t been great. Ford has been the complete opposite and provided a lovely experience from start to finish. When I collected the car both Jamie and his co worker made sure I was happy with the car and the paper work was made easy. Jamie’s co worker downloaded and explained what the app does and how the car works. I didn’t feel I was overloaded with information and understood everything. I have memory problems and kept asking the same questions and it was dealt with kindness and upstanding which put me at ease and not be afraid to repeat questions (again I had an experience where I was rushed off) I couldn’t fault them on their customer service, on their knowledge of Ford and the cars, and ultimately the entire experience. I will now be sticking with Ford for the foreseeable future. Thank you Ford Eastleigh for a pain free journey.
