    Jack Zammit was incredibly thorough and detailed in explaining all aspects of the vehicle's functionality. His expertise and patience made me feel completely confident in my decision to acquire the Fiat 600e.

    Unfortunately, there was a slight drop in communication closer to the collection time. I did not receive a confirmation of the collection time, and I was disappointed that Jack did not call over the weekend as promised after I collected the car. While he did leave a message a few days later, I believe that consistent communication throughout the entire process would have elevated the experience to a 5-star rating.

    Despite this minor issue, I am absolutely delighted with the Fiat 600e. It is the perfect vehicle for my needs, offering exceptional economy, environmental friendliness, and a range of features that have significantly improved my quality of life. The heated seats and massage function in the driver's seat are particularly beneficial for my condition.

    Thank you again for the excellent service provided by Jack and for the opportunity to purchase such a wonderful vehicle.

    There were glimpses of ok service, such as the workmanship and the person physically on reception when i turned up, but the designated person who was meant to keep me updated didn't contact me at all snd was never available on the phone, she didn't return my 2 phone calls when i tried to get an update to find out when my car would be ready. the person i ended up speaking to was rude, dismissive and very unhelpful. Resulting in a very stressful car journey to epsom in rush hour to pick up the car. The whole customer service over the phone has been the rudest I've experienced, as soon as the staff realise its motability their tone changes and you're treated terribly. As if you're a second rate customer. I felt sorry for the person on reception they were clearly dealing with alot of fall out from that day.
