    I booked my car in for 2pm for it’s MOT, I was expecting it to be around a 2 hour wait, unfortunately i forgot to take a book to read so I was very happy to sit and watch the TV in the reception area and drink their coffee. The car was ready by 3.45pm so I avoided the rush hour traffic. Very happy with everyone there and they were all very courteous. Well done Ford.

    Haven't contacted the dealership since getting my motability vehicle back , but I'm disappointed with them was told my vehicle was all done including the other issues I had but one issue is the same as it was when it went in.

    Didn’t sort the problem out even though I reminded them when it went in Monday and they had the car for 3 1/2 days for a service and mot I had to cancel a hospital appointment but you fixed a repair that was only a amber not even on the advisory notice that didn’t really need doing so I have had to go back to Newgate lane today for fords to check it does need repairing now waiting for the factory part to be ordered then have to take the car back again to Newgate lane for the third time to be fixed when it should have been done at the service and mot not happy at all . I am due a new car April but have decided I WONT be going back with a FORDS car this time . Staff swearing at each other outside while changing vehicles around Shouldn’t happen
    Jasmine tried 3 times to send email that address doesn’t work keeps coming back. So maybe as you have my details call me to discuss the issue
