Mr Kemp was through in explaining all the relevant documention and handover of the new vehicle. Mr Kemp contacted us a few days after handover, making sure we were happy and if we had any issues. He answered all my (many!) questions especially as i hadn’t had an electric vehicle before. He was very helpful, informative, kind & thorough & really took his time from the test drive to making sure i understood the agreements, apps & insurance- literally everything was explained. He walked me through all the features of the car, best practices for charging it & made me feel very confident & comfortable with the car. He kept me updated throughout the whole ordering & build process. I can’t recommend him, and Wilmoths enough & i know if I do have any issues or questions i can contact him & he’ll be more than happy to help. I know very little about cars & even less about electric cars but I drove away confident instead of overwhelmed & anxious.
