    My circumstances changed aandthe vehicle I had wasn’t great for me anymore, I rung up to book an appointment with the Motability team. I got booked an appointment with Emma for two days time. Once I got to the appointment from that moment I felt at ease! Emma was understood my situation and was so reassuring. I never felt pressured into what car to get, if anything Emma showed me what car would have been better for me with her amazing knowledge. I got told by Emma I could have a car within two weeks or wait for one but would be a month to month and half, so I decided to wait for the month and half. Not even two weeks of getting told that I got a call from Emma, she said my car was going to be there next week!. I then get a call later in the same week saying which day I would like to pick it up!!. Four days later I was back there picking up an absolutely amazing car. Emma explained what all the little buttons was and taught me things I didn’t even know. She was absolutely amazing and helpful, even helped me move stuff from my old car to the new one I couldn’t put into words how happy I am! The service provided was absolutely amazing, everyone there was polite and helpful both times I went. I would 100% recommend Emma to anyone absolute life changer!. Thankyou again!
