    Excellent. Gemma was very helpful and made the whole experience easy. She answered all questions and gave me good advice regarding the car etc.

    I can’t fault Jamie at all, however I feel the process with Kia themselves could have been sped up and they could of had the car out quicker.. it left me in a hire vehicle at a cost of nearly £1000.

    The application process was smooth, the care from the team was great, the service from Kia and Motability was slow at best
