From the moment I stepped into FG Barnes, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine desire to assist. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the range of vehicles available under the Motorbility scheme, and took the time to explain the different features and options in detail. He was patient and attentive throughout the process, and always made sure that my needs and preferences were met.
What I appreciated most about Chris was his transparency and honesty when it came to pricing and financing options. He was upfront about any additional costs, and helped me find the most competitive rates to fit my budget.
The level of customer service I received at FG Barnes extended far beyond the showroom. Even after I had made my purchase, Chris remained in touch to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly.
