    Terrible experience! Took weeks to get appointment, told different things from different staff, got given an appointment which was confirmed by email then when we turned up at that time we got told our appointment was down for a different time so we’d missed our appointment and would have to wait for other cars to be seen before us. Whole thing was an unorganised mess and I’ll be avoiding Hendy in future.

    Excellent customer service from Hendy Nissan Eastleigh, my only grudge was the the vehicle had been washed leaving the windows smeary and difficult to see out of due to sun reflection from the smeary windows, had to keep putting the drivers window down to see out of the wing mirrors

    Tom was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He delivered an friendly service and he was accommodating of my anxiety around driving for the first time after a few years. Cannot thank him enough for sorting my car out for me. I now have a way of getting out again after 2.5 years of being limited!

    Excellent service from Nissan!

    We had previously only been with Kia for 6 years and this was our first service with Nissan. There couldn’t be any more different - in an extremely positive way.

    As a customer with mobility issues, the only courtesy car Kia ever gave us was the smallest car known to man but Nissan gave me a comparable vehicle so I didn’t struggle without my vehicle.

    For 6 years, we witnessed other customers at Kia being told that their car was just being cleaned and won’t be too long and wondering why as a mobility customer, I never got that courtesy. I wasn’t expecting the same from Nissan so imagine my shock and delight that it was washed and lightly hoovered.

    The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff who didn’t act like you were an inconvenience to them and apologised for you having to wait a couple of minutes.

    So pleased we have a Nissan vehicle!
