    From contacting Nissan and speaking too Tom (assistant manager) he earned the title with the sheer knowledge, understanding and empathy answering all my questions, sometimes twice. Test drove two potential vehicles and I fell In love with the qashqai. It was readily available in the exact colour I wanted. Tom should receive recognition for his role and being a credit to motability specialists. Look forward to returning to pick up my new vehicle and for ordering my next scheme vehicle when the time comes.

    Gemma was outstanding for us from the first moment we met her!

    We had already viewed 5 other cars with 5 other dealers and had poor customer service from 4 of those; Gemma was so lovely! She understood what we were looking for, needed and wanted.
