    The handover was fine.
    I am not so sure about the pre delivery check.
    When I drove the car for a test drive about 2 or 3 weeks ago I noticed that the tyre pressure icon was alight. When I drove the car home I saw it was still alight. I checked the tyre pressures and found that they were all about 4 or 5 psi down on the info on the door sticker.
    I just hope that they did the other checks which are not so obvious more carefully

    The sales staff are excellent and the reception staff are very pleasant. As for the servicing there seems to be some confusion.
    Once I was given the keys back and told everything was fine I returned home and opened the service record email. I was extremely surprised to see that in RED & URGENT it said, the brake fluid needs changing at a cost of £75.00. At only 9600 miles why? Just to let you know I myself am a qualified mechanic (City & Guilds) all be it from the 1980s so I know what I'm talking about. Plus I checked the tyre pressures on the Hendy Ford app and all four were different. To be honest I'm totally disgusted with this.
