It would have been helpful to know that the person who took my order had left & given a new contact name & number of who would be dealing with my order, and again when the second person moved to another branch i was not informed and my calls & emails were just ignored.
5 stars for Lewis Colebrooke, when he took over my order, he kept me updated & informed about developments. Once my build week was confirmed Lewis sent video calls regularly to keep me updated. The handover went smoothly. Lewis accompanied me on a test run then spent time showing me the instrument panel & answering my questions.
